Learning something, anything about maple sugaring is fun and fascinating. Just ask Sven, one of our students who spent the day in the sugarbush with us learning how to tap, layout a sugarbush and make maple syrup. You can sign up for a mentorship program through our County extension services department at the Cook County Community Center.
